Listening 101 is a four-week experience designed for participants to become skilled at practicing listening. Together with a one-on-one coach and the course leader, participants practice listening in the face of what stops listening – and make a difference for others at work and in life.

Designed by Kai Degner, founder of The OrangeBand Initiative, Listening 101 serves as a core course for people interested in practicing listening.
